Our Story

In 2019, our founder Michael—an avid cyclist and materials engineer—crashed during a mountain descent. The cause? A conventional bike saddle that cracked under pressure. Bruised and frustrated, he sat by the trail and thought, "There has to be a better way."

That crash wasn’t the end. It was the beginning.

The Breakthrough

Fueled by a deep understanding of materials science and a love for cycling, Michael dove into experimentation. Over 1,200 hours of 3D printing. Dozens of lattice structures. Countless bumpy trails and sore muscles.

Eventually, he found the sweet spot—a saddle that’s:

  • 30% lighter than carbon fiber
  • 50% more shock-absorbent than traditional foam
  • Tuned to the specific needs of road, MTB, and gravel riders

It wasn’t just a saddle. It was a revolution in comfort, performance, and design.

Why We’re Different

Most saddles are mass-produced for the average rider. But we know there’s no such thing as “average.”

Every 3D Printed Saddle we make is:

  1. Driven by data – Each layer is optimized using pressure maps from over 10,000 real-world rides.
  2. Built by cyclists, for cyclists – Designed by people who understand the pain of long rides and the joy of the perfect fit.
  3. Sustainable – No foam. No waste. Just precision-crafted comfort from start to finish.

Join the Ride

We’re not just selling saddles—we’re recruiting test pilots. Your feedback directly shapes future designs. Because a better saddle isn’t made in a boardroom. It’s forged on the trail.

Have a question, an idea, or just want to share your ride story? We’d love to hear from you. Our team is always ready to listen.
